No Refunds After Collection

Once the trailer has been paid for and taken off our premises, strictly no refunds will be issued.

By collecting the trailer, you acknowledge and agree that it is fit for your intended purpose and in satisfactory condition. We encourage all customers to inspect the trailer thoroughly before leaving our premises to ensure it meets your expectations.

Cancellations Prior to Collection

If you need to cancel your booking before the scheduled collection date and time, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility for cancellations made prior to collection will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
